Antivirus Software Recommended for Linux?

I use McAfee on my Windows computers, which apparently won't work on Linux.

Is there a recommended AntiVirus/Internet Protection software for Linux, or for Ubuntu specifically?

you can also get clamav thru Synaptic pkg manager in ubuntu
just hit "Search" button and enter "anti-virus"
